This Cuvee is a blending of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the 2009 harvest. Open nose with notes of toast and butter. Surprising start on the palate, with notes of lemon meringue and candied white fruit (pear). A fine, lively, refreshing balance rounds off this cuvee on the finish.
